Rules & Guidelines for Patients:

2. Personal contact information of doctors and nurses will never be shared, and patients must not ask for it.

3. Healthcare professionals are instructed not to share their personal numbers. Any attempt to exchange contact information outside ManaDripCare is strictly prohibited.

4. In case of disputes or complaints, patients must contact ManaDripCare directly for resolution.

5. ManaDripCare is not responsible for emergency cases or conditions that require hospital-based care. Patients must call emergency services if required.

6. Mutual respect between patients and healthcare professionals is mandatory. Any abusive or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated.
